Group F Belgium v Morocco Match Preview
Why should you care?
We’re not quite sure if you should to be honest. Given that Belgium sort-of scraped their way past Canada and looked reasonably bored with life, and Morocco were involved in the 2022 World Cup’s dullest game so far, can we be guaranteed that there is anything to look forward to.
Surely Belgium will be on the improve with their stable of superstars, or will they go even more conservative with the three points in the bag.
Who should you care about?
Kevin de Bruyne is still the main man to watch, especially for those playing fantasy and plonking him in the midfield. He is still the key man, but one wonders if he wouldn’t benefit a little from Eden Hazard moving further away. Like to the bench.
For us, Amadou Onana looked quite good v Canada, so maybe he is a fresh name from us to keep an eye out for.
Hakim Ziyech looked like one of the more electric players on the field v Croatia in their draw, and with the aging Belgian defence, perhaps the Moroccan forward’s pace and skill annoy them.
