Maths at First Sight will see six couples tasked with solving complicated maths problems. A panel of mathematical experts will judge the answers, based on if the answer’s correct, how the couple works together to solve it, and process they go through. The worst-performing couple will be eliminated every week, with the last couple standing winning a lavish wedding, an exclusive story in whatever gossip rags Uncle Rupert owns, and a two-week Las Vegas honeymoon.
MathsAFS will air in February 2023 and Nein insiders are hoping the six-episode run will be a nice lead-in to the next season on MAFS.
But some TV critics are less optimistic.
“Who the hell wants to watch people do maths on TV? Maths is boring enough as it is!” said one veteran critic, who wished to stay anonymous to protect their reputation. “It’ll be lucky to last two weeks before it’s dumped on GEM to be forgotten forever.”
Everyday News is a brand new general news/parody section of The Gurgler, and definitely not a lame rip-off of ‘The Betoota Advocate’. We swear.
