NRL Round 16 Tips Alternative – Gurgler v Queenslanders + Barely Interesting Stats

The NRL resumes after State of Origin II which will be a relief for Queenslanders and a chance for NSW to gloat as well. Although, with just about every team coming from a place that is currently in a Covid lockdown it might be a strange weekend of neutral grounds and/or no crowds. To ensure some normality is maintained we offer up our Alternative NRL Round 16 Tips for this week.

Each week we offer up some alternative NRL tips based on a new theme, and occasionally it will have nothing to do with rugby league. Just the way we like it. This week it is another State of Origin based tipping method, this time it’s about how many Queenslanders from Game Two are in each side. How that works is below.

In addition to the tips are a whole bunch of barely interesting stats for the round of NRL ahead. Impress your neighbours, parcel delivery drivers, and fellow passengers by stealing them and sharing.

Good luck with your Alternative NRL Round 16 Tips if you choose to use them.

METHOD TO THE MADNESS

Well Queensland haven’t been very good in either of the two State of Origin games so far this year.
