NRL Round 10 Tips Alternative – Gurgler v Suncorp Stadium + Barely Interesting Stats

It’s Magic Round weekend in the NRL so we will be using our magic for our Alternative NRL Round 10 Tips which will be using Suncorp Stadium as the method of selecting winners.

With your weekly NRL tipping, instead of allowing the competition admin to give you the away teams for when you don’t care about who you tip, why not take on board our weekly Alternative NRL Tipping method instead. You’ve got nothing to lose by coming this far already.

Each week we have a new theme, and occasionally it will have nothing to do with rugby league. Just the way we like it. This week is about the winning records at Suncorp Stadium.

In addition to the tips are a whole bunch of barely interesting stats for the round of NRL ahead. Impress your neighbours and fellow passengers by stealing them and sharing.

Good luck with your Alternative NRL Round 10 Tips if you choose to use them.

NRL Round 10 Tips Alternative – Gurgler v Suncorp Stadium Records

So here are this week’s alternative tips. The method to how it works is below.

METHOD TO THE MADNESS

Since all the teams are at Suncorp Stadium for Magic Round, why not base the tips on each team’s winning record at Suncorp Stadium since 1998. Which is actually 2003 when this version of Lang Park opened.

We have the winning % for each team at Suncorp and so which team has the better winning % is more likely to win this weekend so gets the tip.

Interestingly the teams with the best and third best record at Suncorp play each other, and the teams with the worst and third worst play each other. More on the stats on Suncorp Stadium for each team is in the insights section.

NRL Round 10 Tips – Barely Interesting Graphs

SUNCORP STADIUM EACH TEAM’S WINNING %

Melbourne better than Brisbane. Absolutely. Good run for them considering they won the lop sided NRL fixture by 50-0 last weekend.

BULLDOGS & RAIDERS SUNCORP STADIUM RECORD SINCE 2011

The two teams meet on Saturday night, and poor are in poor form in 2021 so far.

But it is actually better than their combined record at Suncorp Stadium in the past ten seasons. Just two wins between them, and both of them for the Bulldogs.
