Why Southampton can win
Southampton average a healthy 2.3 points per game at home to top six sides.
Why Leicester can win.
The last time Leicester visited Southampton on a Friday night they won 9-0.
Leicester have won the last three at Southampton too.
Saints have won just two of their last 15 for a total of seven points. Leicester have lost four of their last 15 for a total of 27 points.
Barely Interesting Stat:
Southampton were third after GW13 and Leicester were fourth. The Saints have taken just 12 points since, Leicester an impressive 38 points. Those 38 points would put Leicester third on an adjusted table behind Man City and Man Utd. Southampton would be dead last, four points fewer than already relegated Sheffield Utd.

Man City are unbeaten in their last six trips to Selhurst Park. Crystal Palace have scored just two goals and conceded 11.

Barely Interesting Stat:
Ten sides have yet to beat a side from the north west at home this season. No side has conceded more than Crystal Palace’s 11 goals in four matches and only Arsenal’s zero is worse for goals scored than Palace’s one.

Leeds have an impressive W7 L1 record against bottom six sides this season and 100% record in four away games.
Barely Interesting Stat:
Brighton and Fulham are the only sides not to have beaten a middle eight side at home this season. At least Brighton has three draws v Fulham’s one in eight games.
