Must Watch Games

You can’t watch everything, so we have hand picked the 4 best games in our opinion.

TUESDAY – TOTTENHAM v BAYERN MUNICH

The big game on the Tuesday, and Spurs probably need a point after letting a lead slip in Athens. Bayern are top of a very tight Bundesliga where Spurs are in the tight battle for 4th.

TUESDAY – ATALANTA v SHAKHTAR DONETSK

New Champiosn League team Atalanta get their first ever home game, at Milan’s San Siro. Both of these teams are topping their respective league for goals scored, Atalanta averaging 2.5 in Serie A, and the Ukrainians over 3 a game. Hopefully that means goals a plenty. Atalanta need a win after losing 3-0 in the first leg. Shakhtar were beaten by the same margin at home to Man City.

WEDNESDAY – BARCELONA v INTER

The big game on the Wednesday sees new Serie A leaders Inter visit Barcelona, who are currently fourth in the Spanish league. Barcelona have scored more goals than Inter, but have conceded five times more goals than the paltry two Inter have let in from seven games. Only Olympiakos have conceded less in European League football.

WEDNESDAY – LIVERPOOL v RB SALZBURG

After a surprising loss away v Napoli on the first matchday, Liverpool probably can’t afford to lose a second. Home wins got them through last year, and it may do this season. RB Salzburg won’t be easy as they put six goals on Genk in Matchday 1.
