- Souths have won two of their last 12 home games, won just two of their last 12 v Penrith and won just two of their last ten Thursday games.
- Penrith’s win tipped them over 50% win rate for away games this season (W3 L2)
- Penrith have won all three of their Thursday games played this season.
- South Sydney’s 1130 Run Metres is the lowest single team/round total so far this season. Souths also recorded a bottom five team/round total for Line Breaks and Tackle Breaks in Round 9.
- South Sydney have lost all eight first halves this season.
- That’s four wins in a row now for Canberra, away from home on a Friday against Sydney teams.
- Manly have now failed to win three times when leading at half time (L2 D1)
- This game was the first Friday night game at Brookvale between these sides, for our records going back to 1998.
- Raiders are one of just two teams to win a game this season with just one line break. The other was Melbourne in Round 1.
