It’s been a while but usually each week during the football season our resident football draw expert Frankington Stanley runs his keen eye over the many football divisions around the world to find the best draws for you. He’s sort of like the John West of Football draws. He’s been on a three month scouting journey around Central Europe and Northern Africa to hone his skills on picking a draw.
Frankington Stanley is not fussy, no country or continent is out of bounds, and the more obscure the better. And some of them are quite obscure. They don’t even feature on the Who Scored website.

DRAW OF THE WEEK
Here is the best of the best draw tips for the week.
Poland 1 Liga – Nieciecza v GKS Katowice
ODDS – DRAW $3.20
FORM / STATS – Do you need (or want) anything more than the last four league games between these sides ending in a draw? 0-0, 1-1, 3-3, 1-1.
Didn’t think so. But wait….
Nieciecza have drawn three of their last four games at home.
Eat.
OTHER DRAW SPECIALS
Hungary NBII – Nyireghaza v Vasas
ODDS – DRAW $3.30
FORM / STATS – H2H sees the fourth last game at Nyireghaza between these two sides ending in a draw, so the match history doesn’t show a lot of draws. Looking at Vasa Budapest’s form in the NBII league this season, they have drawn nine of their 16 games so far.
Hungary NBII – Csakvar v Gyirmot
ODDS – DRAW $3.20
FORM / STATS – Games between Csakvar and Gyirmot have been tight recently, but draws are a little hard to come by. There was one three home games at Csakvar ago, if that makes any sense. Need to trust the Frankington Stanley process.
Slovakian 2 Liga – FK Humenne v FCPetrzalka
ODDS – $3.60
FORM / STATS – Over to Slovakia for some draw value @ $3.60. For those with a nose for value you may be rewarded. Three of the last five games between these sides have ended in a draw, with the last game at Humenne being a stalemate. Not stale. Draws are never stale.
UK FOOTBALL DRAW SPECIAL OF THE WEEK
With so many divisions, there should be so many draws to choose from. Frankington Stanley goes top shelf here though for his Premier League best draw.
Premier League – Everton v Liverpool
ODDS – DRAW $4.40
FORM / STATS – Surely we can’t be serious you say? Surely we can. Nine of the last 11 games played at Everton when Liverpool visit have ended in a draw. Five of those nine were 0-0.
EURO DRAW SPECIAL OF THE WEEK
Some have accused us of picking easy leagues for our draws. First of all, how dare you, secondly we introduce our Euro Leagues draw of the week, where we scan the four biggest leagues in Europe for the finest draws. It could be Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, or Ligue 1, but what it will always be is a quality eye for a draw.
Italy Serie A – Genoa v Lazio
ODDS – DRAW $2.90
FORM / STATS – There’s no real H2H draw history here, but how about this. The last seven games played in Serie A have ended in a draw.
