The Wooden Spooners return with a rare F1 exclusive – a new TV featuring the Red Bull Formula 1 team – F1 Red Bull Succession.
On the back of the explosion in F1 interest thanks to Drive to Survive, and the buzz around the huge Succession TV drama, our Wooden Spooners F1 spies are reporting that Red Bull Racing are considering turning their continued driver drama into just that – a drama. It makes perfect sense combining their success with the success of Drive to Survive and Succession.
Given Red Bull’s history of being quick to the sword on underperforming drivers, F1 Red Bull Succession TV Show should be full of action and behind the scenes drama, which is exactly what the potential producers are hoping for as we believe they have been given total access to all operations of the F1 team fro this weekend’s British Grand Prix.
The first half of the story will focus on Alpha Tauri driver Nyck de Vries, who is under the most pressure to succeed, especially since he was recently given a “Yellow Card” by Helmut Marko, the man producers are trying to pitch as the Logan Roy of the Red Bull driver program. Aside from not being sure about the language, it does look a good fit.
As Nyck de Vries tries desperately to cling onto his Alpha Tauri, the show dives into the behind the scenes deal making that has made Succession so acclaimed, with potential replacement for de Vries – Liam Lawson and Ayumu Iwasa – and their respective managers all vying for the attention of Marko and Christian Horner.
Further up the Red Bull talent factory, the F1 Red Bull Succession drama focuses on the struggles of Sergio Perez and the potential succession of another driver into the Mexican’s seat.
With his failures in qualifying recently, Perez has joined the Marko shitlist, placing his drive for beyond this season in doubt. Contract or not.
As Perez struggles there’s the smiling assassin Daniel Ricciardo, left-field succession candidate Lando Norris, and many more drivers are all hard at work behind the scenes to press their claims for succession into that fast, fast Red Bull F1 car.
So keep your eye out for this Wooden Spooners exclusive, and act surprised when you hear officially about F1 Red Bull Succession TV Show.
