Each week we offer up a quick preview glance for each match, some barely interesting stats to go alongside, and our own thoughts on who will win.
We also offer up some alternative tips. These alternative tips are often based on a rugby league, and sometimes something completely absurd, and are aimed at those NRL tipsters who just can’t be bothered.

2022 NRL Round 8 Predictions – Alternative Tips – Covid Cases
Short on inspiration already? Or looking for that edge to your tipping that no one else in your competition has? Well here are the Alternative NRL Tips for this round.
This week’s alternative tips is based on Covid cases in the Local Government Area of each team.
It is based on the Bulldogs unfortunate Round 7 weekend where they had a heap of players out due to Covid protocols.
So since the Bulldogs lost easily in Round 7, but not as easily as the Warriors, we think that the more cases of Covid in the LGA of the team, the more likely this will filter down to the players, which then affects the team’s ability to win.
