Another round of rugby league action is done and dusted, and before it boards a plane to New Zealand now we have the bubble travel, we thought we’d improve people’s Mondays just a little with our NRL Round 6 Results Stats Review.

(TEAMS)

  • Gold Coast have been outscored 6-55 for their two away games on a Saturday this season which have obviously ended in two losses.
  • Cowboys haven’t won two in a row since Round 3 of 2020. It’s Round 10-12 of 2019 since it was three in a row.
  • Bulldogs last beat a Qld side in Qld in May 2019.
  • Canberra have only won one of their last four home games on a Saturday.
  • Penrith have lost only one of their last 11 Thursday games.
  • Cronulla have conceded seven tries in six games in the 70th minute or after.
  • Brian To’o has made 15 tackle breaks this season, Canberra’s total is only five better.

Just two players are averaging over 50% for Post Contact Metres against Total Metres run.

Three players are averaging over 200 run metres per game – Brian To’o (232m) Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (225m) Ryan Paperhuyzen (205m). The leading average run metre-eater eligible to represent Queensland at State of Origin is Kalyn Ponga in 13th.
