THE VERDICT

It has to be either Kevin de Bruyne or Mo Salah on paper with each player having the much easier home games. Man City did thrash Burnley 5-0 last time out, and according to our Big Premier League preview, have a great record at home to Newcastle. 11 Games by a total of 39-7. Liverpool are playing bottom three side West Brom, and seeing how effortlessly they destroyed Crystal Palace 7-0 last weekend you’d think another serving is coming. But West Brom have a new manager who is mostly about defense, so maybe it won’t be the goalfest it promises to be.

We’re going with KDB, he’s due a biggun.

But don’t listen to an FPL manager who is struggling for form in 2020-21, our Captain’s Table has many choices.

Bruno Fernandes rates highly as he should, and they are away to Leicester who aren’t great against Man Utd, and the Red Devils coming into the game on the back of a big 6-2 win over Leeds. For the positives of Bruno, that rules out Vardy for us, but he does like proving people wrong. And he’s got a great scoring record v Man Utd.

Jack Grealish’s Aston Villa are playing Crystal Palace who Grealish would probably enjoy playing against usually, and they are coming off a 7-0 thrashing. Although that did spur Southampton on last season.
