As our Premier League previews do, we offer up some predictions with accompanying stats for the top four European leagues for the weekend ahead.
First we have a summary of the matches ahead for each division, then a focus on the either the TV games or best games on offer for each competition.
Our overall winning percentage is based on a number of stats of points per game won, with form and home and away factored in. There’s the overall H2H record plus some key season stats from the season so far. All fed into our SNC3000 Super Computer to determine the final winning chances.

No really big upsets awaits this midweek according to out stats computer. Perhaps a mild surprise or two between midfield teams.
European Football Predictions – Serie A Feature Matches
Table topping AC Milan turned around their mini two game slump (two draws) with a win last weekend, while 8th placed Lazio upheld Roman pride by beating Napoli. Lazio moved up to 8th, but a win here seems unlikely. Just look at the xG difference for the supposed gap between these people.
Of course Juventus are the TV game for those on the other side of the world, and of course we have Juventus winning easily.
European Football Predictions December 22 – La Liga
A few more draws selected for La Liga this weekend, and encouragingly there’s a potential win for Eibar fans. Happy days.
European Football Predictions – La Liga Feature Matches
The first v third match up has been predicted to a draw by our tips, which of course would leave the top position open to Real Madrid snatching the lead of La Liga.
Valencia v Sevilla looks a decent upper to lower midfield clash worth a little more insight. A point form our predicted draw is no good for Valencia who are one of a number of teams in a relegation battle, they are currently on the same amount of points as third last. 10th to 18th is covered by just three points. A point for Sevilla could see them sneak into the top 6.
Barcelona game is included for standard Barcelona interest.
European Football Predictions December 22 – Ligue 1
Wins for the top five, so how easy can it be to predict that you say. Well at least our SNC 3000 computer came up with 8th place Lens being beaten by Brest.
The biggest wins on paper looks to be Nice v Lorient. Lorient are second last so fair enough for the loss, but Nice 13th can’t be that much better surely.
A decisive midweek apparently, with not a draw in sight.
European Football Predictions – Ligue 1 Feature Matches
The only game involving the top six this midweek sees table topping Lille who fended off PSG last weekend getting a win over 6th place Montpellier. Lille comfortably ahead on H2H,
