Another month has passed, and another quality field have assembled for our October 2020 Jerk of the Month nominations.
With only a few days left until the big USA vote, it will be no surprise that there’s a lot of Trump in this month’s batch.
But a handful of others have put their hand up to be nominated. Sadly the only airline in the group did put their hands up where it wasn’t wanted.

Why have they been such a jerk this month?
Not that Coronavirus was ever funny, but it is even less so now.
With Europe heading back into lockdown, and daily cases record being smashed in so many countries. Coronavirus continues to ruin lives and livelihoods around the world.
Except for the USA, which we’re told that it is either completely over or turning the corner.

Why have they been such a jerk this month?
One can only hope that this will be one of the last monthly nominations for Trump, with the election looming on Tuesday US time.
But given the past 4 years, there’s likely to be much worse ahead.
It is hard to point out exact moments of jerk that led to this month’s nominations, so here are a few of the greatest hits.
- Doctors get more money if people die of Covid
- Doing a drive by of his fans outside of his hospital whilst in full Covid mode.
- Theatrics of ripping off the face mask on arrival back from hospital.
- Alleged Superman Stunt
- Declaring no Christmas if Joe Biden wins election.
- For consistently telling everyone Covid is done and dusted despite breaking through 100K daily cases.
- His “effort” at dancing to the YMCA

Not to be outdone in the lying department, Trump Jnr’s assertion that Covid deaths were down to nothing was a highlight.

We do love Greg Norman, but to come out for Trump this week makes us a little sad.

Why have they been such a jerk this month?
Max Verstappen is very fast, but can be a bit of a jerk on track and off track.
This month’s nomination is for offending the Mongolian community with a blast at fellow driver Lance Stroll, who may well deserve to be yelled at and almost joining this group for a nomination, but perhaps not as offensive as Max’s effort.
