Fantasy Premier League Fixture Difficulty Rating – 2020-21 FPL Gameweek 4 Fixtures & Beyond

The 2020-21 Premier League season is flying by, and while some FPL Players are sitting pretty content with their choices, there’s plenty panicking at the folly of their opening choices. Like us. So to help those FPL players looking to make many transfers our Fantasy Premier League Fixture Difficulty returns for the 2020-21 FPL season and this week’s 2020-21 FPL Gameweek 4 Fixtures & Beyond.

Each week our Premier League Fixture Difficulty Rating will supply updated information on the fixture difficulty for upcoming games, and usually just in time to make those FPL decisions.

Throughout the season we will use a mixture of table position, form, and historical H2H to determine how hard or easy each team’s games are going to be in theory. For the first few weeks of this season we will be using 2019-20 season table, and results from the season so far. Each H2H both Home and Away is analysed and rated between 1 to 10. 10 being the most difficult fixture rating and one being the easiest.

FPL Gameweek 4 Fixtures – Next Three Games

• No points, no goals for Sheffield Utd so far, so a place in the top three for fixture difficulty isn’t exactly a great place to be for last season’s surprise packets.
• Aston Villa’s great start will be tested when Liverpool come knocking and they need to visit current leaders Leicester.
• Manchester sides have the easiest fixtures rating to get back into form.
• Given West Brom’s great 3-3 result v Chelsea last weekend, their upcoming fixture difficulty rating is quite low, and maybe worth taking one of their players in Pereira, Diangara or Robinson for a few weeks for value.

Next Four Games Expanded

Same as above but with fixture details and an extra week thrown in.

Plus Home and Way which makes a difference for some sides. And very little for others.

FPL Gameweek 4 Fixtures – Next Six Games

The first three games ratings is important, but a good FPL player is usually looking further ahead, so have the first six games as well.

Not much change to the three game ratings, Chelsea’s run looks OK giving plenty of time for FPL Players to continue to debate whether to keep Timo Werner or wait for Pulisic or Ziyech.
