Winter is coming, or in fact by the time anyone has a go at our regular Sunday Sports Quiz, it will be June so then it will be winter. That means our Sunday Sports Quiz is all about Winter Sport or questions vaguely associated with winter.
2020 is a very different year, as some winter sports in Australia only just recommencing or about to when they should be in full swing.
Other winter sports around in the northern hemisphere should now be ending. Like this weekend in England where the Football League should be having their play offs. League Two was called off a month ago, League One is still debating it, and the Championship are now closer to restarting yet.
Other winter sports may not get going at all, it’s that kind of year.
In 2020, we just have to be glad for what we are able to get.
