Fantasy Premier League FPL Preview GameWeek 16 – Captain Choices

Below we have three lots of data – Player history v Team, FPL Points from this season per minute, current FPL Form, and more.

Add the scores together and you get our Final Score. And for our thoughts below.

WE SAY YES

Vardy party time. He is getting close to matching his previous scoring record in consecutive games, and newly promoted Aston Villa provides a chance to get among the goals.

Mane is one of FPL’s hottest players, and Liverpool have handed out some big losses o Bournemouth in recent years.

Harry Kane has been quiet recently, but has a great record against Burnley and is due for a bag O points.

WE SAY NO

Sterling’s record against Man Utd isn’t great, so it is hard to suggest him for the armband.

FPL UNDERPERFORMERS / OVERPERFORMERS

Every year there will be Emperors of Disappointment and Kings of the Surprise and this season has proven no different.

A quick and nasty way of checking this our check of total points against cost.

No surprise a certain Sheffield United “defender” leads the way for top value. He is joined by a few team mates.

Vardy makes the list despite his cost, and has a few team makes with him on the list.

Kevin de Bruyne has now dropped out of this table.

Down the other end of the boat are the under achievers. To determine this we did the same math, but set a minimum of 20 FPL points scored.

A few weeks ago Dele Alli topped this list, how times have changed.

The second graph is the movements within this top 20 group. Leicester players are all the rage,

THIS WEEK’S TOP INS AND OUTS

More and more FPL players turn to Jamie Vardy and why not.

Value midfielders Son and Alli are the big movers, as is the Southampton hitman Danny Ings.

Man City players continue to be on the nose, Aguero for injury, and Sterling because of Aguero’s injury perhaps. And former FPL must-have Mo Salah is the third most changed..

FPL OWNERSHIP BY TEAM

Not long ago Man City took over from Liverpool as top dog, and now they have been passed by the Foxes.
