The April 2019 Jerk of the Month votes are in, and Australian soon-to-be-ex Senator Fraser Anning ensured he won something in May with a second helping of winning Jerk of the Month.
Fresh from his win after his run in with Eggboy amongst others things, he has baked that up with a second straight month of jerk. Who knows if we will ever hear from him again, or if he’ll get more than 19 votes this time around.
Foxtel are a surprising joint winner of April 2019 Jerk of the Month given the quality of jerks in the field, but our reader must either have the shits their treating current customers like arse, or that I Want It All ad is starting to annoy them as much as us.
Both winners will go into the end of year poll for Jerk of the Year.
April 2019 Jerk of the Month – The Winners
FRASER ANNING
Why nominated for the Jerk?
Going for two in a row after securing a Jerk of the Month award for March 2019.
This month’s best work was at one of his rallies where a supporter allegedly attacked a photographer and harassed a reporter.
Interestingly he started his own Senate party for this election. That required 550 signatures
Jerk Rating: 10/10
FOXTEL
Why nominated for the Jerk?
Enough of the Queen I Want It All ads.
We don’t want everything, just one thing, piss your ads off, we already have Foxtel and am tired of your saturation. Usual story with them though is to have a fantastic new deal for new customers and give loyal customers of many years an increase when possible.
First world problems sure, but still Jerk worthy.

Here’s how you all voted this month, and it was a tight contest.
April 2019 Jerk of the Month – The Other Nominations
CLIVE PALMER
Why nominated for the Jerk?
For reportedly becoming a key figure in the upcoming election after his ordinary performance last time as an MP.
And for his many, many ads.
We’ve already taken one about homeland security further for humour.
But to spend 10’s of millions on ads, but treat former employees the way he does demands jerk nominations.
The only upside is that he might take the Queensland nutbag senator position off Fraser Anning, Pauline Hanson or someone else who eventually is found out to be an embarrassment.
Jerk Rating: 6/10
ISRAEL FOLAU
Why nominated for the Jerk?
People are entitled to their opinion, so Folau has his about who is evil and who is not.
We are entitled to our opinion too…. So, who gives a f–k what a rugby union fullback has to say and hope you enjoy your Jerk of the Month nomination.
Jerk Rating: 5/10
JULIAN ASSANGE
Why nominated for the Jerk?
Most have probably forgotten to worry about if Julian Assange was still in that embassy in London, so when he got kicked out for being a Jerk, we thought a lovely Jerk of the Month nomination would be a nice parting gift.
Jerk Rating: 7/10
PETER DUTTON
Why nominated for the Jerk?
Among other things, and his usual cane toad crossed with a wrecking ball persona, he claimed his opponent blamed her disability for not moving to the Dickson electorate.
Happily for the voters of that electorate and the rest of Australia embarrassed by the worst politician in the country, they can take the dick out of Dickson this election.
Whilst giving him and his family death threats is not on, he very much deserves your vote in the April Jerk of the Month.
Jerk Rating: 10/10
BARNABY JOYCE
Why nominated for the Jerk?
Another political nomination, and another one for the tomato faced cavalier from country NSW.
The peak of his jerkdom this month is a radio interview with the ABC.
Jerk Rating: 9/10
DONALD TRUMP
Why nominated for the Jerk?
One could name about everything, every day for the POTUS, however his best effort and reason for nomination for April 2019 Jerk of the Month is for the Flying Water Tankers tweet. Showing insensitively and ignorance in equal measure.
