Bein Sports European Football Highlights #8 2018-2019

The weekend is here, and that means way too much European Football to keep up with. So to try and save you time and remind ourselves of what to watch we offer the Bein Sports European Football Highlights for another weekend for Australian fans and those who stumble across the website.

Some might call it hipster football, we don’t, it’s pure sports nerd goodness. Gives us an Eibar, Sassuolo, or Borussia Monchengladbach any time.

And too much football is barely enough we like to say. Enjoy it this weekend, as another international break looms.

But if you have a life and can’t watch everything, we offer up our Best Of Bein Sports European Football Highlights, to help you follow the best of it live, without the need to stay up for absolutely everything.

Bein Sports European Football Highlights

This weekend sees some top games at top of the table clashes in Italy and France, plus we will see whether the big teams can get back to winning ways.

Here are the best of the European Football games on BeIn Sports according to us.

Times are for Australian Daylight Savings Time. Other time zones are lucky enough to watch some stuff before midnight.

SATURDAY 05:55 ADST
BEIN SPORTS 1 – CH513
LA LIGA – CELTA VIGO v ALAVES

Who’d think that Alaves would be fourth and above Real Madrid on the table, after holding them to a draw last start. Celta Vigo surprised early by beating Atletico Madrid, but haven’t won in five games, but are still 10th. A good early Saturday morning wake up match.

Prediction: Draw 1-1

SATURDAY 21:55 ADST
BEIN SPORTS 2 – CH514
LA LIGA – REAL MADRID v LEVANTE

It has been decades since Real Madrid have been on such a bad run of results, it is refreshing for neutrals or Eibar fans to see the big guns have an adjustment now and again. You would think that this is the game where Real Madrid start the turnaround, but Levante have won their first and last away games this year, a solid 50% win rate.

Prediction: Real Madrid 3-0

SUNDAY 05:40 ADST
BEIN SPORTS 2 – CH514
LA LIGA – BARCELONA v SEVILLA

This match features first v second, but it is Sevilla who still on top of the ladder. Barcelona have not won in four games, where the league leaders have won all of their last four games. No team has scored more goals at home this season than Barcelona (14 in 4 games) and no team has scored more goals away this season than Sevilla away (13 in 4 games). Potential for plenty of goals and 1st v 2nd, what’s not to like.

Prediction: Barcelona 4-2

SUNDAY 10:55 ADST (Delayed)
BEIN SPORTS 3 – CH515
LA LIGA – STUTTGART v BORUSSIA DORTMUND

A nice Sunday morning delayed telecast of German football. Although it is first v last, league leaders Dortmund are scoring more than three goals a match, so should be plenty of entertainmnet. A win will keep them on top, in a strange start to the season where Bayern Muncih are only sixth currently. The gap from second to sixth is only one point.

Prediction: Dortmund 3-1

MONDAY 01:15 ADST
BEIN SPORTS 2 – CH514
LA LIGA – EIBAR v ATHLETIC BILBAO

Our weekly Eibar telecast, and there’s never been a better time to play Athletic Bilbao as they sit 17th with only one win on the opening weekend. Eibar won a very entertaining game last time out 3-2 away at Girona.

Prediction: Draw 1-1

MONDAY 05:30 ADST
BEIN SPORTS 1 – CH513
SERIE A – INTER MILAN v AC MILAN

One of the big Italian match ups for the season, both teams in reasonable form. Inter are third on the back of four straight wins. AC Milan are unbeaten in six matches, but only two straight win, which sees them four points behind in 10th. What a way to end the weekend and start the weekdays.

Prediction: Inter 2-1
