    2024 NRL Round 10 Tips Barely Interesting Stats Summary

    Here we take the best points of interest for each match coming up this weekend and share them with you for no cost. Feel free to share with friends and family. The bold ones are our favourites.

    DOL v MAN – Dolphins are W1 L1 in their short history of games on a Thursday. They lost their only games v South Sydney at Suncorp Stadium on a Thursday last season.

    DOL v MAN – Dolphins are W4 L3 in their history of home games v Sydney clubs. It is W2 L1 at Suncorp Stadium.

    DOL v MAN – Dolphins have won all games v Sydney opposition this season (three). Only two clubs have a 100% v Sydney clubs at this stage of the season – Dolphins and Melbourne.

    DOL v MAN – Manly have won six of their last seven away to Qld sides.

    DOL v MAN – Going back to 2014, Manly have lost eight of their last ten games at Suncorp Stadium.

    PAR v BRI – Broncos have won three of the last four v Parramatta. Two of those wins were on a Friday last season.

    PAR v BRI – Parramatta have lost six games in a row on a Friday and all three this season.

    PAR v BRI – Parramatta have won eight of nine games at Commbank Stadium v Qld sides.

    PAR v BRI – Brisbane have won their last five away games on a Friday, but worth noting two of those were at Suncorp Stadium.

     

    WT v NEWC – Wests Tigers record at Scully Park is W1 L3. They lost the only game there v Newcastle.

    WT v NEWC – If you exclude Campbelltown, where the Tigers record is awful, they have won four of their last seven Saturday home games.

    WT v NEWC – Newcastle have won four straight v Tigers.

    WT v NEWC – Newcastle have won just one of their last eight away games on a Saturday v NSW sides.

     

    STGI v SOU – Souths have won nine of the last 11 NRL matches v Dragons. Although it was 1-1 in 2023. Exclude Charity Shield.

    STGI v SOU – Souths have also won nine of the last ten games v Dragons on a Saturday.

    STGI v SOU – The record between these sides at Kogarah is Dragons four wins v Souths three wins (from 1998).

    STGI v SOU – Souths have lost five of their last six on a Saturday.

    STGI v SOU – The Dragons record at Kogarah since 2020 is W10 L12.

     

    MELB – CRON – This game features the only two teams who haven’t lost in the last six rounds. Both teams have had a bye, after which both teams are undefeated.

    MELB v CRON – Storm have won all four clashes v Sydney teams this season.

    MELB v CRON – Melbourne have won just two of their last eight home games on a Saturday v Sydney teams.

    MELB v CRON  – In general Saturday is the worst day for Melbourne at home. The win % on a Saturday is lowest at 72% since 1998 but drops to 56% since 2020.

    MELB  v CRON – Melbourne have won six of their last seven v Cronulla. And 12/14 v Cronulla at AAMI Park. And all games there on a Saturday.

    MELB v CRON – Cronulla have lost their last four away games on a Saturday v non Sydney sides.

     

    SYD v WAHS – Roosters have won seven in a row v Warriors. And four in a row on a Sunday.

    SYD v WAHS – The Roosters record at the Sydney Football Stadium isn’t that great v Warriors. It’s eight wins from 17 games overall, and only three of nine on a Sunday.

    SYD v WAHS – Roosters have lost their last two at the SFS on a Sunday.

    SYD v WAHS – Roosters have won only three of their last ten on a Sunday.

    SYD v WAHS – Warriors are no better – they have won just one of their last ten away games on a Sunday.

     

    GC v NQL – Gold Coast have won six of their last seven at home on a Sunday.

    GC v NQL – Gold Coast have won just one of their last six at home v Qld sides.

    GC v NQL – Gold Coast have won just one of their last five v Cowboys, but at least that was the most recent home game.

    GC v NQL – Cowboys have won ten of their last 13 on a Sunday.
