Talking of a third, our stat-filled preview of the upcoming weekend of rugby league is here to help get you to the top of your tipping comp with our 2024 NRL Round 9 Tips Predictions & Stats Preview.

    2024 NRL Round 9 Tips Barely Interesting Stats Summary

    Here we take the best points of interest for each match coming up this weekend and share them with you for no cost. Feel free to share with friends and family. The bold ones are our favourites.

    NQL v DOL – North Queensland have lost their last two Saturday games by 26-20 and 27-20.

     

    NEWC v NZ – Newcastle have won three in a row at home v Warriors. Newcastle are only W3 L4 at home v Warriors on a Sunday.

    NEWC v NZ – Newcastle have won nine straight home games on a Sunday. Their last loss on a Sunday was in 2022.

    NEWC v NZ – Newcastle have only lost two of their 14 Sunday games anywhere since 2023.

    NEWC v NZ – Warriors have lost five of their last six away games, with their only win over Souths.

    NEWC v NZ – Warriors have won just three of their 14 away games on a Sunday since 2020.

     

    CRON v STGI – Cronulla have won seven straight v St George Illawarra. And five straight at home.
