    46% of the teams who win a Round 1 game going back through the last ten seasons have lost their Round 2 fixture.

     

    THU – BRI v SOU – Brisbane have lost ten of their last 11 home games at Suncorp Stadium on a Thursday night. Broncos have scored over 12 points just three times in that 11 game run and conceded 50 points or more twice.

    THU – BRI v SOU – South Sydney have won four in a row and seven of their last eight away to Queensland sides.

     

    FRI – CRO v BULL – Cronulla have won 11 of their last 13 games v Bulldogs.

    SUN – MAN v ROO – Roosters record on a Sunday in 2023 was W2 L4. Manly’s Sunday record overall in 2023 was W5 L2.

    SUN – MAN v ROO – Since 2019 Manly have won 13/16 games on a Sunday v Sydney opposition. Roosters are 7/10.

    SUN – DOL v STGI – St George Illawarra did lose all their away games in 2023, and since 2020 have won just 10 of 46 away games. Over the past 10 season, the Dragons away winning record of 30.5% is the worst. For the record the best away winning is Melbourne with 69.5%
